Getting Started

How do I create an account?+

Click "Get Started" in the top navigation. Fill in your name, email, and password. You'll be enrolled as a student and redirected to your dashboard immediately.

Is FullStack free to join?+

Creating an account is completely free. Individual courses are priced separately. We also offer a selection of free courses you can access anytime.

What devices can I use to learn?+

FullStack works on any modern browser — desktop, tablet, or mobile. We recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for the best experience.

Can I preview a course before purchasing?+

Yes. Every course has at least one free preview lesson marked with a "Preview" badge. You can watch these without logging in.

Courses & Learning

How long do I have access to a course?+

Lifetime access. Once you enroll, the course is yours forever — including any future updates the instructor makes.

Do courses have deadlines?+

No. Learn entirely at your own pace. There are no deadlines, no expiry dates, and no pressure.

What skill levels are the courses aimed at?+

We have courses for all levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Every course page clearly states its required background knowledge.

Can I download course videos for offline viewing?+

Currently, streaming is the primary way to watch course content. Offline downloads are on our roadmap for a future release.

How do I track my progress?+

Your student dashboard shows a progress bar for every enrolled course. Mark each lesson complete as you finish it, and the system automatically tracks your percentage.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods are accepted?+

We accept cards via PayHere (Visa, Mastercard), WebXPay, and Stripe. Local bank transfers are available for enterprise customers.

Is my payment information secure?+

Yes. We never store your card details. All payments are processed by PCI-compliant gateways (PayHere, Stripe) with end-to-end encryption.

Can I get a refund?+

Absolutely. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid courses. Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund in full, no questions asked.

Do prices include taxes?+

Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Applicable taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Are there discounts or coupon codes?+

Yes! We run seasonal promotions and offer discount codes. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to get notified of upcoming deals.

Certificates

Do I get a certificate when I finish a course?+

Yes. Completing all lessons in a course automatically generates a verified PDF certificate with your name, the course title, and completion date.

Are the certificates recognised by employers?+

Our certificates are industry-recognised and shareable on LinkedIn. Many of our partner companies actively look for FullStack-certified candidates.

Can I verify someone else's certificate?+

Yes. Every certificate has a unique verification code. Anyone can visit our verification page and enter the code to confirm authenticity.

Instructors & Partnerships

How do I become an instructor?+

Visit the Contact page and select "Become an Instructor" as your subject. Tell us about your expertise and the course you'd like to create. Our curriculum team reviews all applications within 5 business days.

How much do instructors earn?+

Instructors earn a revenue share on every course sale. The exact percentage depends on the course type and whether the student came through a direct or promotional sale.

Can my company partner with FullStack for employee training?+

Yes. We offer enterprise plans with custom course bundles, team dashboards, and dedicated account managers. Email us at [email protected] for a quote.

Technical Support

A video won't play. What should I do?+

First, try refreshing the page or switching browsers. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache. Still stuck? Contact support with the course name and lesson title.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?+

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

How do I update my profile or email address?+

Go to your student dashboard and open the Profile page. You can update your name, phone, avatar, and password. Email changes require re-verification for security.
